Greg Alexander is a self-taught wildlife artist. He was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, and now resides in Northern Wisconsin with his wide and children.
Greg’s source of inspiration is the great outdoors, where just a short distance away from his home, he is surrounded by wildlife and beautiful landscapes. He commits at least a third of his time to field research and reference photography because accuracy is essential to his work.
Greg’s use of dramatic light, plus his sensitive interpretation of his subjects, enable him to reveal the personality of the species versus just painting them. To view more of Greg’s artwork visit www.gregalexanderart.com.
