Daniel Ramirez is a certified descendant of the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan. He has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in fine art from the University of Michigan. Daniel has won numerous awards for his watercolor and acrylic paintings, as well as his charcoal and pastel drawings. His work has been displayed in several museums as part of their permanent collection and can be found in over seventy galleries from New York City to Los Angeles.
Daniel continues to create Woodland Arts for several Native American tribes throughout country. He has been a leader in contemporary art innovation through his interpretations of Woodland Arts using a combination of techniques including digital imagery, painting and design.
Daniel has been presenting his work for over 20 years in Native American Art Shows, Nationwide Conferences, Academic Programs and many prestigious Art Fairs throughout the country. He continues to consult and support tribal entities in art and casino design throughout the United States.
