As an enrolled member of Cochiti Pueblo, Dominic Arquero comes from generations of artistic talent that continue to shape his career in the visual arts. A painter for over 50 years, he has built a successful full-time career around his craft.
Dominic has earned various awards, accolades, and public mural commissions while developing his style across multiple mediums. He works primarily with acrylics, watercolors, and other water-based paints, creating two-dimensional works on paper and canvas, as well as three-dimensional pieces on pottery, gourds, and jewelry. His artwork is featured in galleries, museums, and shops nationwide.
