Elizabeth's Studio

Paige Bridges, born and raised in West Virginia, pursued her passion for fine art at Marshall University, the inspiration behind the movie "We Are Marshall." After earning her degree, Paige and her husband, David Bridges, made their home in Van Zandt County, Texas. She embraced her role as a mother and homemaker, temporarily setting aside her painting aspirations. Life's unexpected turns led Paige to discover a way to harmonize her love for art and family by offering private painting lessons to young artists in her community. Once her children were grown and settled, Paige and David moved to Wills Point, Texas, where they transformed a former restaurant/bait-and-tackle shop into their home, complete with a dedicated studio and custom frame shop.A new chapter began in 1998 when Paige and David started RVing with a small travel trailer. This adventure sparked a pivotal moment in 2003 when Paige painted a charming oil canvas depicting a vintage pink and white trailer pulled by a Woodie station wagon. Simultaneously, Paige began selling items on eBay and decided to offer prints of her trailer painting. The response was overwhelmingly positive, launching her painting career into full swing. showcasing over 85 paintings of vintage travel trailers. Her artwork soon graced greeting cards, calendars, fabric, and various "unique trailer products." In 2018, Paige's health declined, and she passed away in October of the same year. Paige's career surpassed all her expectations, and while she is deeply missed by her family and friends, her beautiful artwork continues to be her lasting legacy.
